Here are some pictures from my sketchbook for the sketchbook project at Art House in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme was: How to Save the World?
This summer I have been trying to do my own artwork. It has been very hard only because there is so much for me to do around the house and my husband and I have been busy going to the beach! Not an excuse I guess. I have managed to do a couple of small paintings that I am proud of. I will be posting those soon. Meanwhile here is a painting I did for my grandmother's birthday. I got it matted and framed and it is hanging in her dining room. This picture is from the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. I went there last summer with my Grandparents and took a lot of pictures! My advice for anyone is to always bring your digital camera with you no matter where you go. You never know what you are going to see!
